This enchanting wine marks the first time we have ever produced a Quinta do Tua Vintage Port – a landmark moment for the estate and for Graham’s.

 

The Year 

The three months leading up to the vintage were among the hottest and driest ever recorded in the Douro. A succession of heatwaves and 55% less rainfall than the 30-year average at Quinta do Tua left our vineyards parched, but our vines once again showed incredible adaptability and resilience to produce some stunning wines.

 

Tasting 

The 2022 Quinta do Tua 'Vinhas Velhas' Vintage Port has extraordinary concentration and intensity with luxurious black and red fruit aromas. A subtle hint of mango provides freshness and aromatic vitality. Substantial on the palate with compact, ripe black fruit wrapped in peppery tannins that underwrite the impressive structure. A truly transcendental, age worthy wine.

 

Storage & Serving 

Store the bottle lying down. Decant to filter the natural sediment before serving. Enjoy within 2-3 days of opening.
